| Description | A sounding survey of the Miramichi Channel was completed by Public Services and Procurement Canada, in May 2022, on behalf of the Canadian Coast Guard. It was compared to Canadian Hydrographic Chart 4911-4912 and for Possible Hazards to Navigation. The following conditions were observed: The 5m contour to be unreliable as it has moved inward between the following locations: Inward shift of 8m between 47 06.731N 064 58.509W and 47 06.773N 064 58.535W. Inward shift of 20m between 47 06.631N 064 58.392W and 47 06.710N 064 58.492W. Inward shift of 23m between 47 07.267N 064 58.807W and 47 07.602N 064 59.181W. Inward shift of 22m between 47 07.652N 064 59.235W and 47 07.748N 064 59.307W.
