A structure located at the Old Isaacs Harbour Wharf has collapsed and there is debris in the harbour. Caution.
A sounding survey of Caraquet Harbour and Channel was completed by Public Services and Procurement Canada, in October 2022, on behalf of the Canadian Coast Guard. It was compared to Canadian Hydrographic Chart 4913 and for Possible Hazards to Navigation.

A 10ft by 80ft concrete float is partially submerged at Gibson's Landing at 49 24.022N 123 30.236W.
Berths 33, 34, 35, 36 and 37 at Pier A-1/B will be closed as of 17 Dec. 2022 due to infilling operations. Signage will be in place to indicate this closure. Partially sunken vessel located southeast of Armdale Yacht Club, Northwest Arm. in 44 38.06N 063 36.37W. A portion of the vessel's white wheelhouse, antenna, and radar unit are above water.
Wharf construction 100 metres southeast from the RNSYS breakwater in 44 37.237N 63 34.732W during daylight hours, beginning 12 Dec. 2022. Work barges will be equipped with white flashing lights while moored. Once extending beyond the low water mark, wharf will be equipped with a yellow flashing light at night. VHF channels 12 and 16 will be monitored while vessels are on site.
