All fixed and floating aids are to be considered decommissioned for the winter and are in an unmaintained status. Some buoys remain in the water and may or may not be on position. Lighted aids may or may not be operating properly. Both fixed and floating aids will remain in a non-maintained status until a commissioning notice is issued in the spring.
